LONG VIEW POLICY
Our firm policies ensure all of our guests are treated equally and fairly.  

Please consider carefully before reserving your stay.

RESERVATIONS
All reservations require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay.  The remaining 75% will be collected automatically one week (7 days) prior to your arrival date against the card used to make the original reservation.

CANCELLATIONS
For cash refunds, we follow these guidelines:
Prior to 30 days of arrival date:  100% refund, less 10% cancellation fee
14-30 days of arrival date:  50% of total fee charged, deposit applied
0-13 days of arrival date: 100% of total fee charged deposit applied

**Cancellation fees are calculated against grand total**

Guests always have the option to reschedule a stay at no penalty rather than taking a cash refund.  Guests using this option are responsible for any difference in charges due to change of seasonal rates or difference in unit rented upon rescheduling.  Guests may reschedule once.  If a second stay needs to be cancelled, any payments made to Long View Resort will be 100% forfeited

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO NON-PAYMENT
Final balances are due seven days prior to your check-in date.  This will automatically charge to the card you used to make your reservation.  If you paid your initial deposit via Paypal, you will be sent an invoice for the balance that must be paid upon receipt.  In the event we encounter a problem processing your final payment, we will attempt to contact you via email, text and phone.  If we cannot resolve the payment issue within 48 hours of its due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited without exception.
